In the event of returning the items back to us we will arrange the collection for you FREE OF CHARGE- please note free returns are only available for UK orders. Please notify us and we will do the rest for you.
All returns must be within 28 days in their original packaging undamaged and unopened so they come back to plush wallpaper in a resalable condition.
To the return the items simply just email us with your order number and we will do the rest for you! Let us take the stress and hassle away from you. No need to print the labels and stick on the box we will just simply collect the parcel from you so you can have that peace of mind.
When Plush Wallpaper attempts to collect the item only 3 attempts will be made, After the 3 attempts have been made by the delivery company you would have to return it at your own cost.

Please note we are unable to accept returns for samples. As the level of demand is high for Plush wallpaper items please allow 10-14 days in refunding your account.
Customers are entitled to return any unused goods in their original condition and in undamaged packaging, within 15 days of ordering.This is our money back guarantee which means we will give you your money back without any fuss.
Upon receipt and processing, we will refund the value of the items (but not the original carriage charges). Upon receiving the returns there will be a £10.00 handing charge placing the stock back in the warehouse.
Please include your name, address and order reference with your items.
You must use a signed-for postal service for returns, as we cannot refund items that we do not receive.
If any of the items you receive are damaged or faulty, please accept our sincere apologies. As soon as the fault is discovered, please contact us with:
- Your name and order reference.
- Details of the faulty item and what the fault is.
- The batch number.
We aim to reply to you within 24 hours, so please be patient and wait for our reply. We will provide you with instructions on how to return the product to us.
Please note, DO NOT return any faulty items until you have heard from us.
We will ask you for a sample of the fault (e.g. two repeat patterns) and for the original labels. Please obtain a 'proof of postage' for this, otherwise we cannot refund your postage costs. All Faults need to be reported with in 14 days of purchase.
Once the fault has been confirmed, you can choose to have the item replaced (with no carriage charge) or a refund on the faulty item (minus the original carriage charge).
If you are having trouble deciding what wallpaper design is best for you, our sample service is ready to serve you. We will gladly send out a sample of your choice. Samples are not refundable and are a basic size of an A3 sheet of paper. The delivery for a sample will be 3-5 days.
